Hi, I’m Kersey Goodwin. Through books, community engagement, and my own career obstacles, I developed a love of fully embodied, human-centered leadership. As I built my knowledge, I found myself caught in the middle. I knew enough to see how we could improve the organization, but I did not have the power to get behind the gate of those holding it. Shared-power leadership can change the outcomes of our work experiences and the missions of our organizations.

I started Reform the Middle to support peers and fellow professionals in similar positions. With accurate information about your rights, tools to advocate for balance, and skill sets to lead your own team, your professional experience can be filled with purpose. Together, we can discover a path forward, aligning your talents with your passions.

My home is in Central Oregon. Coaching sessions are available virtually with an in-person option for folks in the Central Oregon area.
