I started Reform The Middle for everybody else. There’s a lot of executive coaching out there and I wanted something for everybody else. From the beginning, through the middle of your career. Where you’re ready to make a pivot, you’re at an in-between job, or maybe you’ve been at your job. You have enough experience to know what could help your organization grow but you haven’t been given the power or the access to get there yet.
