The Middle Community
The Middle Community is a space to connect with peers who are just getting started, in the middle, and moving up. Community chats will be hosted in a Subscribers only Substack group. Founding members will gain access free of charge.
You can ask for advice, collaborate, and make new friends. We’ll share job opportunities, upcoming trainings, and support one another as we navigate similar challenges across many sectors.
We need each other to reform the future of leadership. Be part of a cultural shift by communicating openly about what works and what you want to see done differently as we move into director roles.
Joining the community gives you access to the Substack Subscriber chat group. Kersey will provide prompts to begin discussions about employee rights, self-advocacy tips & common challenges faced while working in the middle. You will receive weekly articles and links to helpful resources, book & podcast recommendations, at no charge.
The Middle Community will be hosted online, and in-person meetups will be encouraged.
The Middle Community will belong to each and every member. We can take it in any direction necessary to reform the middle together.
