The Middle Community
The Middle Community is a subscription-free space to connect with peers who are just getting started, in the middle, or moving up. Community chats will be hosted in a private Discord channel with sub-groups for specific topics.
You can ask for advice, collaborate, and make new friends. We’ll share job opportunities, trainings, and support one another as we navigate similar challenges across many sectors.
We need each other to reform the future of leadership. Be part of a cultural shift by communicating openly about what works and what you want to see done differently as we move into director roles.
Joining the community gives you access to the private Discord channel. Kersey will host book and podcast clubs, along with other important conversations about your rights in the workplace, at no charge.
The Middle Community will be hosted online, and in-person meetups will be encouraged.
The Middle Community will belong to each and every member. We can take it in any direction necessary to reform the middle together.
