One-on-One Coaching | We focus on your career, strengthen you skills & refine your talents.

Peer Coaching | Bring a friend or colleague for shared professional support. Colleagues can tackle specific work conflicts, leadership concerns, or management structures. Friends can strategize on shared goals, gain professional skills or navigate career planning together - all while sharing the cost.

  • One-on-One

    • Work directly with Kersey on your specific goals

    • Complete the intake form below

    • Bi-weekly or Once a month sessions

    • 1 hour per session

    • Virtual or in-person

    • A commitment to 6 sessions is recommended but not required

    • Pay as you go or purchase a bundle

      • Payment Options:

      • $100/session or

      • $575/6 session bundle

    • You plus a friend and/or colleague(s) work directly with Kersey

    • 2-3 peers is recommended

    • Bi-weekly or once a month

    • 1 hour per session

    • Virtual or in-person

    • A commitment to a minimum of 3 sessions is required

    • Split the cost with your colleague or friend

      • Combined Total:

      • $120/session or

      • $340/3 session bundle
