Peer Coaching is a space for you and a friend or colleague to work on a shared goal with Kersey’s guidance.
Recommended for groups of 2–3 friends who want professional clarity on next steps in furthering their careers or who want to embark on a job search together or gain management skills working side-by-side.
Peer Coaching is recommended for 2-3 colleagues looking to develop leadership skills together or resolve a shared challenge in the work place or improve the culture for your team.

Group Coaching
Join as many groups as you’d like. Each group meets virtually once a month for eight months. Complete the Group Intake Form to sign up.
Kersey will guide groups of 3–5 peers to problem-solve similar questions in a discussion format. Each meetup includes dedicated time to propose questions and gather feedback.

Hearing other parents’ stories has changed how I approach work now that I’m a parent. You will be provided with information about your rights and how to navigate uncomfortable conversations with supervisors. We’ll map out boundaries, time management and relish in the truth that balancing it all is hard.
