Testimonials

  • Natalie | Director of Marketing

After 11 years at the same job, I had stopped thinking big. I didn't realize how much I needed someone to help me dream again until I worked with Kersey.

What immediately stood out was how she grounded our session in values — something very important to me in how I shape my work life and career. I came in feeling stuck, and she helped me uncover career directions I hadn't even considered. She's a skilled listener with a remarkably high EQ, and she has a gift for asking the questions that unlock something in you.

Kersey brings valuable industry knowledge and connections to the table- I left with a better understanding of my work's value, as well as some recommendations and networking connections.

I did the peer coaching format with a friend, which was unexpectedly powerful — hearing how she'd navigated her own career gave me new perspective on mine.

If you're mid-career and overdue for a bigger vision of what's possible, Kersey is the coach to help you find it.

  • Emily | Coffee Barista

My first session with Kersey was life-changing! She met me right where I’m at, offering an invaluable lens followed by personalized skill set training & tools to reach my most authentic goals.

  • Gabby | M.A., BCBA, LBA

This peer coaching session was exactly what I needed. Kersey helped me pause and reflect on what I really want in my next role, instead of rushing into the next opportunity.

Her guidance made everything feel clearer and more intentional. I walked away from this experience with concrete next steps, plus great book and podcast recommendations to keep me inspired. She even offered connections to help me start networking, which was such a game changer.

She’s incredibly organized, warm, and supportive. I felt completely at ease while also being challenged in the best way. By the end, I felt confident, motivated, and like I could truly make moves I didn’t think possible.
